Hi readers, my name is Minxie, and I am addicted to cute things. Cute things and geeky things. I have to admit that I love to go out and about wearing things that are either cute, or subtly (and sometimes not-so-subtly) proclaim my love for certain geeky things. A lot of the time, I’m in geeky t-shirts, but lately I’ve been dabbling in geeky jewellery. Enter Robotic Cookie Jewellery.

I met Ash at the last ever Ayacon, then again last October London Expo/Comic Con, where I noticed her adorable Slytherin necklace. Upon discovering she had created it herself, I decided I had to own one, so got the details of her Etsy store. Loading the store’s page bombarded me with a wonderful collection of both the geeky and the cute. Amongst the things that appealed most to me were two happy little clouds (one with rain, one with a little lightning bolt), and a collection of Avengers-inspired pendants.

My first cloud purchases from Robotic Cookie. The one on the left is usually white, but I forgot to remove my hair-dye before falling asleep, whilst wearing it…

I am now the proud owner of a lot of Robotic Cookie jewellery, both from the main store section and some custom pieces, and I cannot rate the store higher. The items are handmade in high quality, and wear very well. They need to be hard-wearing when you have a small child who loves his Avengers and likes to make wild grabs at my pendants.

There is a brilliant rage of remarkably cute and/or geeky things available on the site, with fandoms ranging from Supernatural, to Adventure Time, through Doctor Who and Animal Crossing, and beyond! In addition to this, there are wonderful cutesy things, such as batten-burg cake earrings and jelly teddy pendants.

Ash also offers a custom item service, so I am now the proud owner of a Yang (from the hit series RWBY) symbol, and the symbol from Red vs Blue’s Project Freelancer.

Robotic Cookie jewellery is very reasonably-priced, especially given the level of detail put into each project. Postage is also reasonable, and parcels arrive in good time, packaged beautifully in tissue paper and organza bags, sent in distinctive purple plastic envelopes.

If you are looking for a present for the geeky person in your life, or if you fancy something for yourself, I can highly recommend looking into Robotic Cookie Jewellery. Right now there is a Spring 25%-off sale (code: Spring25), so there’s even more reason to go shopping there! Not to mention the fact that Cookie Crates (possibly my favourite named thing to date) have been released: May’s themes are Beach (non-geeky) and Sailor Moon (obviously geeky). Friends of mine can guess which crate I have ordered for myself! Hurry on to Robotic Cookie now, grab your 25% off, and a Cookie Crate too, perhaps!
